At the end of June 2022, I suddenly received a MAIL from a German customer, requesting a detailed PPT for the mold opened in March, how the mold was completed in 20 days.
After the company Sales communicated with the customer, it was understood that the customer found that the injection-molded product was better in appearance and size than the original mold after receiving the mold, and the T1 was completed and the mold was transferred within 20 days. It usually takes 5-7 weeks to produce 2 hard molds abroad. The most surprising thing for customers is that the quality of the molds opened in China is so good.
Hearing the affirmation of customers, the members of Feiya team are very happy. Customer recognition is the biggest driving force for mold people. In the future, we will strive for excellence and provide our customers with better molds and products with faster speed, higher quality and service.
